The Hong Kong Polytechnic University offers an online MicroMasters degree in International Hospitality Management through edX. After completing a MicroMasters in 2017, I was selected as a MM STAR and invited to showcase Raven Rocks Resources on the School of Hotel and Tourism Management’s Facebook site.
